You need to make sure what you’ve organised is executed as planned, but you can’t be a Bride or Groom, AND a Coordinator on your Wedding day! That’s where I come in.
We’ll meet 2 weeks prior to your Wedding Day to go through YOUR vision and how you want the day to run. At this time, I’ll step in and take over the final preparations. I’ll help you produce your event timeline for the day, reach out to all suppliers and you can now relax and enjoy all your hard work, not just on the day but that whole 2 weeks leading up to your big day.
It also gives me time to review what you have planned and step in and make suggestions for any improvements or understand what may have been missed and rectify it before the day.
Then, it’s over to me so you can do the one thing you’ve been working towards - being cool, calm and collected to enjoy what will be one of the most incredible days of your life!
Our services include:
We’ll meet at the venue prior to your Wedding Day to walk through the venue and set up. We’ll talk through the run sheet and finalise outstanding details.
I’ll be the main point of contact for suppliers on the day to ensure the set-up is smooth and as scheduled.
Oversee Ceremony and Reception set up (this does not include setting up and packing up your ceremony and reception). If you do need help setting up and packing up, we can do this with the help of some of our trusted suppliers, but additional fees would apply.
Coordinate logistics of guests during arrivals of both Ceremony and Reception.
Ensure the run sheet is executed in a timely manner, ensuring celebrant, band, bridal party, MC, caterers, and other service providers understand the timings.
We can be the main point of contact on the day for your guests should there be any last-minute weather changes.
We’ll be the invisible set of hands in the background, creating a smooth and well-run event for you and your guests to enjoy.
We’re happy to take on any of the tasks which need to be done but can cause stress for you to think about on your day (i.e., handing over your supplier payments, setting up decorations or props which don’t fall under a specific supplier).
$780 package price includes meeting with Hello Jackie Events to help you build your event timeline and then take over the final 2 weeks planning for you. Enabling you to relax and soak up the final few weeks. At that stage, we’ll take over all communication with suppliers for the final 14 days. 6 hours event coordination on the day - flexible on the exact timing.
Additional hours and services are to be charged at $80 per hour.

You will be appointed a named contact and assistant from our team who will be available throughout the planning process to answer your questions and offer advice.
From beginning to end, our team will walk you through all that is involved in planning a wedding. We will listen to your every desire for your wedding and work to make this vision come true. From what you tell us, our team will suggest suppliers for consideration, arrange meetings with them and, if you like, attend meetings before negotiating the best deals from them.
Once selected, our team will take on the responsibility of liaising with suppliers and venues for the rest of your journey and, if you like, act as your sole point of contact.

Baby shower, birthday party, corporate event or wedding. We will help you visualise your perfect day with mood boards, illustrations, budget spreadsheets and floor plans. We won’t rest until we have designed, built, painted, fluffed and foraged custom items for your special day: from bar carts, dance floors to candlesticks and arbours.
From there, we will coordinate, review, budget and construct a contact database. There won’t be a peony we don’t know about. We work with people at the height of their profession, with the tools and teams to push boundaries.
Our in-house graphic design team creates custom stationery suites and personalised event signage, table seating charts, menus, order of service.
And on the day? We’ll be there. Need an on-site manager to work through your timeline – we have an excellent one (she’s unmatched with a spreadsheet.) Hello! A little bit about me……I started my career in hospitality as I had a great love for food and wine. I worked in many areas of hospitality, including management.
In 2009 I secured a position at Glen Ewin Estate as the Wedding & Events Coordinator. Having just built a second venue, it grew quickly & we were hosting 6 Weddings + Events a week in the peak season! Needless to say, I learnt ALL about Weddings very quickly!!!! As hectic as it was, I absolutely loved it & my organisation skills went through the roof. The team quickly expanded & I was promoted to Events Manager, then Assistant General Manager.
In 2015, after 7 years, I decided it was time to go out on my own.
I started small just offering planning packages while I also worked at Chandelle Galerie, a beautiful candle shop in Hyde Park. I learnt how to make candles & discovered that I had a creative knack for Styling the entire shop!
I then added styling to my packages which became popular and, not long after that, flowers. I constantly want to develop new skills & after training at Adelaide Floristry School, my love for flowers exploded into designing and arranging many flowers today. I am the face of my business from marketing, to coordination, to arranging flowers, making deliveries, building our website, literally everything!
